As a natural pigment artist, I paint from a palette made with nature. Spending time growing and gathering the right raw materials to process paints, dyes, and inks for each piece is essential to my creative process.
Working with a natural palette and paying close attention to nature’s shapes and textures enables me to make work that is especially representative of nature, with nuances and colour tones not easily replicated by commercial pigments. My hope is that each piece I create acts as a pacifying yet imaginative respite inside your home.
